Youngsters from 8 to 14 will learn and be inspired as God the Head Chef takes us through the recipe for universe making, explaining the latest scientific information in accessible language and showing us how the wonders of science sit alongside the important truths of scripture.

Filled with humour and great illustrations the recipe runs all the way from the Big Bang to biology and shows how mainstream modern science and faith can work together to enlighten and expand our understanding of God.

Another important part of the course is to give young people an opportunity to ask questions and explore ideas at the intersection between science and faith; issues that may have no right or wrong answer and that need them to think things through for themselves.

What you need to know:

  • The GCC Course is spread over 6 separate teaching sessions or modules

  • It features easy-to-follow Teacher’s Notes – no scientific training needed

  • Clear Student Worksheets are also provided and free to download

  • You need copies of God’s Cosmic Cookbook – ideally one per person

  • It is adaptable for ages 8-14

  • It’s suitable for homeschool, classroom or youth group settings
