Visit the 2026 Church Resources Exhibition at Sandown Park, Esher in Surrey to meet me and the amazing team from the Faraday Institute for Science and Religion who are behind God’s Cosmic Cookbook.

It’s coming up on 14th and 15th October.

We’re there to promote God’s Cosmic Cookbook and its associated new Teaching Course alongside Faraday’s extensive library of other science and faith resources for kids and teens – books, courses and events.

Visit us at Stand E7 in the main exhibition hall. I’ll be there to answer your questions on God’s Cosmic Cookbook and talk about its new educational supplement. Faraday will also have staff on hand throughout both days to talk about GCC and all the pioneering work they do in science and faith for children and adults.

Both the Church Outreach and Youth & Schools Teams from the Faraday Institute for Science and Religion in Cambridge will be represented.

After becoming a Christian as a child and training as a Chemist at university, Liz has spent a successful and happy career in the analytical instrument industry specialising in techniques for measuring toxic gases and bad smells.

She is a firm believer that science and faith both honour our creator God and is enthusiastic to help Christians without a science background see that there is nothing to fear from modern science.

Published in 2023, Liz’s first book, God’s Cosmic Cookbook, is written for 8-13 year olds. With gentle humour throughout, it presents God the chef talking young readers through how to make their own universe at home step by step - from the Big Bang to people!
